Dance & Therapeutic Retreats
Movement brings to light what words leave unspoken.
Small-group retreats combining movement, dance and psychotherapy to explore the patterns that shape the way we move, feel, relate and live.

Our approach
Movement, dance and psychotherapy
as a path of exploration.
Through movement, dance and psychotherapy, La Línea Roja explores what the body can reveal about our history, our emotions and the way we relate.
The mechanisms we develop throughout our lives do not express themselves only through thoughts, behaviours and relationships. They also manifest in the body.
When the body is engaged, habitual reactions can become visible: control, protection, resistance, inhibition, comparison, fear of being seen or emotional responses that often remain unnoticed in everyday life.
Psychotherapy allows us to explore these mechanisms: where they may come from, what function they have served, and whether they are still adapted to the life we live today.
Engage the body · Observe · Identify · Express · Understand · Make connections · Return to the body · Integrate

Two practices.
One shared vision.
La Línea Roja brings together dance, movement and psychotherapy through the complementary practices of Salomé Sprotte and Agnès Bussière.
Salomé Sprotte
Classical dance teacher · Artist · Performer
Born in Berlin, Salomé studied Fine Arts in Granada and continued her artistic training in Paris, including at Cours Florent.
Her approach to movement goes beyond technique. She is particularly interested in what the body reveals through effort, difficulty, control, expression and the experience of being seen.
Agnès Bussière
Integrative psychotherapist · Therapeutic group work
Born in Paris, Agnès initially trained and worked as a lawyer before dedicating herself to psychotherapy and therapeutic group work.
Her approach explores adaptation mechanisms, beliefs, relational patterns, learned roles and protective strategies developed through personal and family history.
Our intention
Awareness creates
the possibility of choice.
The strategies we develop throughout our lives often have a function: to adapt, preserve connection, protect ourselves or find a way to belong.
Through movement and psychotherapy, our intention is not to eliminate these strategies, but to recognise them, understand what they have protected, and explore whether they are still necessary today.
When what was automatic becomes conscious, more space can emerge for freedom, choice and responsibility.
