Dance & Therapeutic Retreats in Andalusia
La Línea Roja offers intensive small-group retreats combining movement, dance and psychotherapy. We currently work in two formats: three-day retreats and five-day immersive retreats.
Two formats
Choose the intensity that fits you.
Both formats combine movement, dance and psychotherapy in a small group. The difference is mainly the time available for immersion, exploration and integration.

During the retreat
What happens during a retreat?
We begin with how you arrive: the way you move, relate, protect yourself, hold back or take space. From there, movement and psychotherapy help make habitual patterns more visible.
01
Notice
Through movement, dance and group situations, automatic reactions can begin to appear more clearly.
02
Explore
We look at the strategies underneath these reactions: what they protect, where they may come from and how they shape the way we relate.
03
Integrate
The work returns to the body, allowing space for a more direct experience of oneself and for new possibilities of response.
The process moves continuously between body, relationship, awareness and therapeutic exploration.
